Highlights:

  • Drove the planning and launch of 10 games which were updated and iterated in a liveops environment, during which Roadhouse Interactive grew from 40 to 170 staff
  • End-to-end driver of the Roadhouse SR&ED effort including designing process improvements and new tool development

  • Established the Quality Assurance career path, addressing growth, retention and engagement challenges in studio QA staff

Studio-wide outsourcing: Coordinating all business relationships with outsourcing partners including contract negotiation and quality control processes

Outsourcing management: Budget, forecasting and quality processes for an extensive art outsourcing effort

Highlight:

  • DLC Lead: Mobilizing the effort of a subteam towards delivering the downloadable missions and DLC multiplayer content for the game; delivering high quality content with limited resources while the main release was finalling. Wrangling solutions to complex problems, coordination of multi-disciplinary groups

The Bowling Dead: iOS (Slant Six Games/Activision Mobile partnership)

Lead Producer: Accountable for delivering the launch product and releasing updates of an iOS mobile game, the first mobile game Slant Six Games released to market. Analyzing the game’s metrics and developing business strategies to drive game updates, user monetization and future products

Highlight:

  • Collaboration with the game's distribution partner Activision Mobile Publishing Inc. and advertising partner Flurry Inc.

Production Management: Production on a AAA action RPG featuring Disney IP during the polish and finalling stage. Guiding a subteam of 10 gameplay engineers and designers, leading scrum strike groups focused on feature improvement.
